4.1.1Data transmission; URFG is a global company with a global footprint, That means the data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Thailand that may not be subject to equivalent PDPA . Nevertheless, we will ensure that:

(2) To be conducted in accordance with the rules for the protection of personal data as prescribed by the Committee to ensure a similar level of protection as granted within Thailand to transfer.

(3) Reasonably necessary for the performance of the contract with you or for you benefit.

(4) If the receiving party is our affiliates under URFG, we have valid legal grounds to conduct cross border transfer, under the condition suitable protection measures to protect your rights have been well stetted in advance.

4.2.1 We affirmed and reassured that we will strictly comply with the laws and regulations of Thailand.
